Why am I running? NTB faces the largest operational and financial challenges in its history. Whether it's the almost $50 million dollar beach project, completion of the southern firehouse, commitment to public safety or meeting our fiscal responsibilities to you. Demonstrated business and financial experience and results are critical to our success.

Why me? I am the only candidate with proven business and leadership experience and success. The only candidate that is an attorney and engineer. The only candidate that has delivered tangibile results to NTB including from Onslow County-over $ 1 million in fire tax, hundreds of thousands of dollars for our beaches, $10,000 for Ocean City and as importantly a partnership with Onslow County to work together for a bright future.

Results matter. NTB does not have the luxury of training our leadership.

30 years of executive experience as President CEO and Chairman. A licensed attorney and engineer. I've run regulated and non-regulated businesses. In order to accomplish the Towns goals including the almost $50 million beach project we need to be run as a business respectful of our financial and fiduciary obligations to you. I am the only candidate with the expertise and experience to accomplish this. In the business/real world, efforts are not success, only results are, and I've delivered.

Results

Attending meetings and creating committees are not results. As your Alderman I've acted as the liaison to Onslow County rebuilding that relationship which resulted in NTB receiving over $1 million dollars in fire tax revenues to date, in addition to hundreds of thousands of dollars for our beaches, $10,000 for Ocean City and a commitment by the Chairman of the Onslow County Board of Commissioners to a partnership--those are results.

I am the only candidate that has delivered. With my proven business and leadership background I will continue my efforts. These require "boots on the ground" I have proven my commitment to you, and I ask for your support to continue as your Mayor.
